Delivery & collection

UK delivery

We offer complimentary UK next-day delivery on all items purchased through our website. Orders purchased by 12 pm will be dispatched on the same day. We typically send your order via Special Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. For all orders, please allow up to three working days for delivery. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or events outside their control.

You must sign for the items at the delivery address. If no one is in to sign for the item(s), you may be required to collect them from your local delivery office. You should not sign for or accept any parcels that have been damaged or tampered with.

If you pay through PayPal, delivery must be to the shipping address listed in your PayPal account.

International delivery

We deliver to Europe, the USA and Canada. For orders under £1000, fully insured shipping is £50, payable at checkout. For purchases above £1000, this shipping service is complimentary.  Orders placed before 12 pm (GMT) are usually dispatched the same day. Please note that all deliveries require a signature, and we will share tracking details once your order has shipped.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are handled directly with the shipping carrier. The courier will contact you during transit regarding any applicable fees, which must be paid before delivery can be completed. Please note that we cannot declare items at a reduced value or mark them as gifts.

If you pay through PayPal, delivery must be to the shipping address listed in your PayPal account.

High value orders

High value orders may be subject to further security checks, which could delay shipment.

For high value orders of over £10,000 and up to £15,000 we will request you to provide us with proof of ID along with address proof for either the billing or shipping address. We will process these orders only after we have validated your ID and address proof.

For high-value orders over £15,000, we request that you visit one of our stores to collect your order. Please present your proof of ID and address proof at the time of collection.

The purchased items are your responsibility from the time the items are delivered to you. This extends to us not being liable if you fail to provide us with the correct address.

Click and collect

You have the option to collect your order from the following stores:

• 127 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6RD
• 78 Old Brompton Road, London, SW7 3LQ
• 199 Edgware Road, London, W2 1ES

Click and collect is available on all orders. Collection is available from the following working day after 12 pm. On Saturday, click and collect is only available in the Old Brompton Road and Edgware Road stores. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange collection.
