If you accept our offer and want to complete the full process online, we offer an insured courier service up to £20,000, so you can send your items to us instead of visiting one of our London showrooms.
When you share details about the luxury items you are looking to sell, our customer service team will provide a preliminary offer and then share full details on how our courier service works.
In short, we send you a fully insured carrier pack with full instructions and packaging materials. Then you can either arrange a collection or take it to the nearest courier drop-off point.
Once we receive your items, we will notify you with our final offer and complete the process with you if you accept.
This courier service is provided completely free of charge. If we receive your items and our valuation changes because the item isn't as described, we will return it to you free of charge.
However, if we receive your item and we believe it is not genuine, then you may have to pay for delivery to have it returned to you.

Usually, the process will take up to 1 hour in-store (though it depends on how many items you are selling).
If you arrive near our closing time, we may not be able to complete the transaction that day, and it may be the following day. Our customer service team can guide you.
